Benedict Tan is the Group Chief Digital Strategy Officer (GCDSO) and Chief Data Officer (CDO) for Singapore Health Services (SingHealth) cluster. Benedict has more than 30 years’ experience in the specialized healthcare-IT industry spanning both private and public institutions including Ministry of Health, National Computer Board, SAP and SingHealth, and many different roles and responsibilities such as project manager, business development, product manager and implementation consultant.

Bryan is the Chief Scientist at Carro, a leading used car marketplace in Asia, where he leads technological innovations and the deployment of data analytics, machine learning, and statistics to drive business objectives. He holds a PhD in Earth Science from the University of Cambridge and has taught and spoken at various academic institutions on topics ranging from nuclear physics to computer engineering. Bryan is also an associate or fellow of several professional organizations, including The Geological Society, London and The Oxford and Cambridge Society of Singapore.

Ram Kumar is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer of Cigna’s International Markets where he is responsible for driving data and analytics strategy and its execution for 30+ countries covering The Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. He also the Head of Cigna Health Solutions India, COE for Cigna. Ram has over 33 years’ experience in industry and has held many executive roles namely, as CEO, CTO, CIO, Senior Consultant and as Chief Architect for global organizations and has managed teams in over 40 countries.

Hemanth Prabakaran is currently Head of Data Analytics & Insights, at Standard Chartered bank and is based in Singapore. He is spearheading some of the disruptive data innovations like COOL – ‘Digital & Data platform’ within bank , Conversational AI , Enterprise Knowledge Graph and Analytics workbench. He leads and transforms data monetization strategy through a modern data driven culture across the bank.

Lee is a Regional Chief Analytics Officer at Munich Re with over 17 years of experience in actuarial, AI and data analytics, research, and consulting roles. Lee's team combines cutting-edge AI and ML modelling with Munich Re's deep domain knowledge and technology to develop AI-driven digital solutions.

Ram Thilak (Ram) is driving data science and analytics adoption across Inchcape Plc. As a Chief Data Scientist, he is leading a global team of data scientists, data analysts and MLOps Engineers spread across Philippines, Columbia and India to develop data science use-cases for the business while also overseeing other pillars such as Data Governance and Data Platform. Before joining Inchcape, Ram held senior data science roles in Mercedes-Benz (Region Overseas) and HP Inc.

Michael Andrew is the Head of Data Analytics at Zuellig Pharma, leading the regional Data Analytics team and supporting product analytics across Zuellig Pharma’s other digital solutions. With more than 10 years of experience with data management, statistical modelling, and marketing effectiveness he has helped establish, grow, and continuously innovate the Data Analytics team.

Simon is Head of Data Management in DBS and responsible for the development and implementation of the Bank’s Data Management framework to drive a data-driven culture that manages data as a strategic asset. He has over 25 years’ hands on experience in Data and Analytics working across multiple sectors and geographies. Most recently, Simon has been focusing on tackling the emerging themes of data ethics, AI governance, external data sharing and involvement in other Regulatory initiatives.

Associate Professor Carol Hargreaves is Director of the Data Analytics Consulting Centre at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and holds a joint position as an Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics & Data Science and the Department of Mathematics. Her research area includes Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Applications in the Maritime, Healthcare, and the Financial Industry.

Andrea has been with OCBC for 5 years and currently acts as Head of Data for the bank Group Data Office, OCBC Center of Excellence for Data and Machine Learning, where he leads the Data Science and Data Engineering teams.

Nikolay Novozhilov is the Head of Data Science and Advanced Analytics at Bank of Singapore, Asia Global Private Bank, a subsidiary of OCBC. His team is building Machine Learning models and analytics solutions to create business value from data. He was previously Head of Digital Products at NTUC Link and a Chief Data Scientist at Wego.

Jeffrey is a director at Joyce A. Tan & Partners LLC specializing in data protection, cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence. He was part of the team that developed an AI Ethics Body of Knowledge and the world’s first AI Ethics professional certification programme in collaboration with Singapore Computer Society and the Info Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore.

Some of his areas of expertise are in information management, business intelligence, and data governance. He has over 20 data warehousing projects implementation experience across various domains including banks, gaming, transportation, retail, technology, education, real estates, the public sectors and pharmaceuticals.
